Clean Water Becomes Reality at Dr Robert Ouko Comprehensive School, Kisumu
We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the School Water Supply Project at Dr Robert Ouko Comprehensive School in Kisumu, Kenya, where 350 children now have reliable access to clean, safe drinking water.
What was once a daily struggle is now a lasting solution. The borehole has been drilled and tested, the water tower is in place, and the solar-powered system is fully operational. Clean water is now flowing on the school grounds, transforming life for pupils and staff.
Until recently, children relied on harvested rainwater, often requiring purification tablets, and at times faced shortages during the school day. Today, that reality has changed completely.
The borehole was carefully tested to ensure both quality and sustainability, confirming a safe and dependable water source. With the installation of the water tower and supporting infrastructure now complete, the system is fully operational and serving the school community.
We are deeply grateful to the anonymous donor whose generosity made this borehole possible, and to everyone who has supported, prayed, and followed this journey.

This project is a long-term investment in children’s health, education, and future opportunities. Access to clean water means better concentration in class, improved health, and more time for learning and growth.
We are reminded of the words:
“Whoever gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones… truly I tell you, that person will certainly not lose their reward.” (Matthew 10:42)
Today, that simple act of giving takes on a powerful new meaning. Many cups of clean water will now be filled each day, each week, and for years to come—each one a quiet act of care that sustains life and supports education. Glory to God!
We are already looking ahead with prayer and hope to extend similar projects to other schools in need.
